Why Uganda? |

Why $100,000? |
|
Why not? With the help of friends, family and the humanitarian public, we feel there is no limit to the amount of money we can raise. $100,000 felt like a realistic and worthy goal and we have no doubt that this amount is attainable.

Why December 31st? |
|
As with all goals, we needed to pick a deadline. End of the year sounded like a reasonable time frame.

Why GuluWalk? |
|
It's an ethical not for profit organization started by two people from Toronto. In very little time, their message has spread world wide. GuluWalk also ensures that
there is very little administrative costs and that funds are distributed and handled with the utmost care.

Where does my donation go? |
|
Funds generated will be donated through GuluWalk.com and re-distributed to an array of different programs. To read more about these programs, visit the GuluWalk website at:

What percentage of my donation goes towards charity? |
|
GuluWalk is committed to being accountable for all donations and for making certain that all of the money raised is making a difference. GuluWalk's aim is to have 25% of all donations raised go to our continuing awareness and education initiatives, which includes a commitment to allocate no more than 10% to administrative costs; while targeting 75% of all donations to children's programs on the ground in northern Uganda.

Is UCLUB a charity? |
|
UCLUB.CA was created to bring further awareness and raise money for the children of Northern Uganda. UCLUB is a fund raising site and not a charity. All proceeds donated will go through the GuluWalk online backend and donated to Athletes for Africa, a registered charity. While all donations will go through GuluWalk, we can only track our efforts if you donate by clicking our Donate button.

How much do I dontate to appear in the top donor section? |
|
We're expecting to receive a lot of donations. We'd like to thank everybody who donates. The top donation spot is to give specials thanks to those who donated a generous $100.00 or more.

I Donated more than once, does that affect the "Top Donors" listing? |

Sure. If you've dontated more than $100 in total, please let us know so that we can add you on our list!
